Executive Producer: $5M Feature Film - SENIOR DEBT CLOSURE MANDATE - Guaranteed Contingency Fee

We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead the financial structuring and risk management for the feature film ‘Mud and Silk,’ which has a total production budget of $5 million. The selected Executive Producer will work on a contingency fee basis and is responsible for securing and closing production financing, including the successful arrangement of senior debt, contractual guarantees, and necessary collateral. Responsibilities include obtaining binding commitments from international sales agents and a top-tier completion guarantor, validating the production budget, ensuring legal compliance, assembling the executive team, and leveraging the package for the highest possible acquisition value. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in closing film debt financing, established relationships with entertainment banking groups and international sales agents, and significant experience negotiating minimum guarantee contracts and managing completion guarantees. This is a full-time contractual position for a company, and all work can be performed remotely.
