Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire music production process for various projects, ensuring high artistic and technical quality.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including game designers, animators, and marketing specialists, to understand project requirements and creative direction.

• Compose, arrange, and produce original music scores that align with project aesthetics and emotional goals.

• Source, manage, and direct freelance musicians and session players as needed.

• Implement advanced audio editing, mixing, and mastering techniques using industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs).

• Provide constructive feedback on musical submissions and guide junior team members.

• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.

• Stay current with emerging music production technologies, trends, and best practices in remote collaboration.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external music vendors and partners.

• Ensure all audio assets meet stringent technical specifications for various platforms.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in music production, composition, or sound design, with a significant portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Exceptional proficiency in one or more major DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, Cubase).

• Strong understanding of music theory, harmony, and arrangement across various genres.
