Sourcing & Manufacturing Premium Modal Men’s Underwear (VIEORA)

We are launching a premium men’s underwear line under our brand VIEORA and require expert support for sourcing manufacturers, quality inspection, coordinating samples, and managing early production. The product will be boxer-brief style underwear, similar in quality and feel to Calvin Klein, using modal or cotton–modal fabrics with soft elastic waistbands, flatlock stitching, ergonomic pouch, and premium construction. Sizing will be US S–XL in black, grey, and navy. Branding elements include private-label heat-transfer tags and individual packaging. The scope includes identifying and shortlisting manufacturers, comparing quotes and MOQs, collecting samples, conducting quality checks, providing updates, and managing logistics to the United States. The goal is to secure one or two long-term manufacturing partners and guide the project from sample to small-batch production. We are looking for someone with strong experience in underwear sourcing, modal fabrics, and private-label apparel manufacturing who can oversee the full sourcing and quality control process.
