Google adsense approval and SEO Optimization [Urgent]

I need an AdSense-savvy Blogger specialist to turn https://personalinsurancekey.blogspot.com/ into a site that passes Google’s full approval process until it is fully approved by Google AdSense. The blog was previously rejected for ‘low value content,’ so the work must focus on elevating quality and ensuring every Google AdSense policy is met.
