Job Description

Mid-weight 3D Designer - Exhibitions in Warwickshire with a salary of £35,000 ++ depending on experience. This is a lovely opportunity to join a creative design-led agency and work on creative concept design for a range of exhibitions and experiences. The agency is known for producing cutting-edge 3D environments for brands and large-scale bespoke exhibition stands across various industry sectors. They collaborate with global production partners to deliver international projects with a full-service team including designers, project managers, and account managers.

The role of Junior - Mid-weight 3D Designer involves working closely with the Creative Director and the wider team on various briefs, generating ideas for concept designs and visuals for pitch work and managing smaller creative projects. This is a client-facing role where you will present your ideas and designs in meetings, with support. Collaboration with the projects, client service, and technical design teams is essential, and some international on-site travel may be required throughout the year.

Requirements

The position is open to a range of experience levels from recent graduates to mid-level designers. The most important attributes are a positive attitude, a creative flair, and the ability to work collaboratively. Backgrounds in retail design, interior design, events, experiential, or exhibition design will be considered. Proficiency in 2D and 3D software is required, ideally including 3DS Max, AutoCAD, V-ray, and the full Adobe Suite.
