As a Motion Designer, you will work with our award-winning Creative team, producing content for various client projects. The role requires knowledge and skill in creating motion graphics in After Effects, engaging with clients, and producing sophisticated animations that resonate with target audiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a robust portfolio of completed motion graphic projects.
• Possess expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and motion graphics software (AfterEffects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Cinema 4D, Blender, Animate, etc.).
• Continuously seek new technologies and platforms, including generative AI, to create motion content.
• Exhibit superb visual and conceptual skills for problem-solving and creating innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Have strong analytical skills and the ability to integrate designs into a multi-channel strategy.
• Be capable of individually owning projects while also collaborating with a team.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

Bonus Points:

• Strong character animation skills.
• Proficiency in Java for After Effects.
• 3D motion graphics abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and creating storyboards, mood boards, and design frames.
• Research and analyze best design techniques for motion graphics.
• Create engaging animations that connect with target audiences.
• Manage the lifecycle of short-form video creation for various projects.
• Produce assets for multiple media types, including social media and mobile platforms.
• Take initiative on projects to provide innovative solutions.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative limits.
• Engage clients and stakeholders to create strategic video content.
• Coordinate production requirements including voiceover and music.

What Success Looks Like

• Regularly meet or exceed client KPIs, achieving high NPS scores.
• Deliver projects by the deadline while adhering to scope.
• Achieve goals such as 25%+ average watch length on video content, 10%+ click-through rates, and 4+ CSAT scores.
