Shokuin

Brand Designer is needed in Bucharest, Romania.

We are seeking a freelance graphic designer to help create clear and modern visuals for Shokuin, a platform focused on AI Employees for real business tasks such as support, sales, and operations. Our goal is to have a user interface and branding that feels human-first, smart, and trustworthy, avoiding sci-fi elements and focusing on practical, clean design. The visuals should reflect the feel of a modern workplace, with confident, professional colors and a warm accent to highlight the human side of AI. The design should include clean layouts, simple icons or characters for AI Employees, and clear flows. You will collaborate with a company founded by ex Amazon and Wipro engineers, mainly serving small and mid-sized businesses.

Shokuin is a platform for hiring AI Employees, not chatbots. Companies bring Shokuin into their team to handle real work like support, sales or operations, with clear goals and measurable results. Each AI Employee is trained on the company’s products, documents and tools, so it behaves like a reliable colleague who never gets tired and always has context.
