Job Description

Slab Planet is a new and fast-growing quartz & granite distribution company in Trenton, NJ. We’re looking for a creative content creator who can physically come to our warehouse, film videos, come up with ideas, and produce high-performing short content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is not a remote or editing-only job. You must be able to independently think, film, and create without direction.

What You’ll Do:

• Come on-site 1–3 days per week to film slabs, unloading, warehouse action, customer visits, etc.
• Create your own ideas, scripts, and hooks
• Edit and deliver 10–20 short videos per week
• Capture raw, satisfying stone content
• Post and manage content on TikTok/IG
• Stay on top of trends and apply them (Hook Videos)
• Optional: appear on camera or narrate videos

Requirements

• Experience creating TikToks/Reels that get views
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and short-form storytelling
• Ability to film with a phone or camera
• Strong editing skills (CapCut or Adobe)
• Creative thinker who doesn’t need handholding
• Reliable and consistent
• Comfortable filming in a warehouse environment
• Bonus: Good on camera

Additional Information

PAY: Base Pay + Per Video BONUS (Views)

• Part-time
• 1–3 days per week
• Flexible daytime hours

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
