Job Description

This is a remote position. Experience Level: 3+ Years; Work Arrangement: Fully Remote.

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our business goals and technical standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, QA, and Design—to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient applications.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while still contributing effectively to team collaboration and overall project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a software engineering or related technical role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar).
• Experience with modern frameworks, tools, and technologies relevant to your tech stack.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a distributed team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications according to project requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and efficient solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the software stack.
• Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks and project timelines.
• Implement automated tests to ensure the reliability and stability of software releases.
• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
• Support deployment activities and provide technical expertise during release cycles.
• Collaborate with the team in an agile environment, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
