Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for visual storytelling. This role involves capturing high-quality images and videos, editing and manipulating photos, and contributing to various media projects. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, videography, and social media management is highly valued. The Photographer will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence through compelling visual content across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and post-production editing
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere), Final Cut Pro, Capture One, and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of color theory and color management principles
• Skills in photo editing, photo manipulation, art direction, and video production
• Knowledge of journalism principles as they relate to storytelling through images
• Experience with social media management and creating engaging visual content for digital platforms
• Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for composition and aesthetics
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively articulate creative ideas and project requirements

Duties

• Capture professional-quality photographs and videos for various projects, including events, products, and promotional campaigns
• Edit and enhance images using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other editing tools
• Manage color correction and color management to ensure consistency across all visual content
• Conduct post-production work including photo manipulation, retouching, and video editing using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and related software
• Assist with filming and videography tasks, ensuring high production standards
• Collaborate with art directors and marketing teams to develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity
• Manage social media content creation and scheduling to increase audience engagement
• Maintain organized archives of digital assets for easy retrieval and future use
• Stay updated on current photography trends, techniques, and equipment to continually improve quality of work

Additional Information

Pay: $100.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
