Event website redesign [Urgent]

We are seeking a web designer and developer for a complete redesign of our event website, currently built on Ghost CMS. This role will involve both graphic design and implementation, and ideally you have experience working with Ghost CMS. Initially, we want to collaborate on developing a strong visual image for the site, which may include creating a new logo. Once an overall design direction is established, we will need the new look to be implemented as a custom or adapted Ghost theme. Our current site is www.sourcecan.ca and we are inspired by sites like https://www.one9.ca/. The work should be completed for our company, Source Canada, and the freelancer must be located in Canada.
