I am a student working on a small animation assignment. I have a 10–15 second clip from The Little Mermaid (1989) – Sunken Ship scene. I need a freelancer to import this video into Toon Boom Harmony, create a new drawing layer, and animate simple underwater bubbles or particles moving upwards. The animation should look soft and slow, maintaining an underwater feeling, and should be drawn on exposure 20 so each drawing holds for 20 frames, keeping the movement very simple and minimal. Please use light colors such as white or light blue. When the animation is finished, I need you to export it as a QuickTime (.mov) video and send me both the exported file and the complete Harmony project folder.
