Job Description

They are seeking candidates for the Creative Director position, which involves bringing transformative ideas to life and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional creative solutions for clients such as Nike, Meta, and JPMorgan Chase.
Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
- Creative Leadership: Develop and present new business pitches, understand project parameters, elevate work quality, guide integrated campaigns, and remain current with industry trends.
- Creative Process: Act as a catalyst for ideas, conduct brainstorming sessions, develop KPI plans, coordinate with talent, and reflect on projects.
- Agency Process + Impact: Collaborate with teams to meet client deliverables, contribute to best practices, and share industry insights.
- People Management + Growth: Encourage skill development, provide mentorship, manage creative teams, and assist in hiring processes.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years at an experiential agency.
- Proficient in Mac OS and standard creative software (Adobe CC, Microsoft Office, Google products).
- Portfolio showcasing experiential marketing projects and personal contributions in strategy, copywriting, or design.
- Interest or experience in technology, lifestyle, sports, and/or entertainment industries is a plus.

- High energy and flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
- Willingness to work hybrid and travel up to 50% of the time.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Range: $140,000 - $220,000 annually, subject to determination based on experience, skills, and market demand. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, employer-paid life and accident insurance, profit-sharing/bonus plan, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, PTO, and disability insurance.
