Cameraman for small Content Creator / Kameramann für kleinen Contentcreator

Videographer is needed in Karlsruhe, Germany.

I am looking for a motivated videographer to help build high-quality vlogs and other video formats with me. This is not a standard job—I need someone who is passionate about growth, creative projects, and a long-term collaboration. Excellent German language skills are essential for smooth communication, and you should be based in Karlsruhe or the surrounding area as regular and spontaneous on-site presence is required. Flexibility is important, as filming will take place on an irregular schedule and you should be able to work on short notice. Video editing skills such as cutting, color grading, and transitions are a plus but not required to start—if you can only film, that is fine initially. Honest and open communication is important, with direct feedback expected both ways. As part of this project, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a growing brand, enjoy creative freedom, collaborate as equals, and potentially take part in bigger projects as we expand.
