Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering discipline
• Proficiency in one or more technical domains, such as:
• Backend: Java, Node.js, Python, Go, PHP
• Frontend: React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS
• DevOps & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker
• Data Engineering: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Kafka, Airflow, Spark
• Quality Assurance: Test automation, performance testing, CI pipelines
• Fluent English communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate remotely in international teams
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Nice to Have: Experience working in startups or early-stage products, exposure to CI/CD, cloud-native development, or LLM/AI tools, open-source contributions or personal portfolio work.
