We are seeking a creative and technically skilled DIY Repair Video Content Creator to produce engaging, informative, and visually appealing videos focused on home repair, maintenance, and improvement projects. This role involves creating videos that educates and inspires audiences across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for DIY projects, strong videography, and editing skills.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and plan DIY repair videos that align with current content strategy and audience interests
- Film high-quality video content demonstrating repair techniques, tools, and materials
- Edit videos using industry-standard software to ensure clear visuals, sound, and engaging pacing
- Incorporate graphic design elements using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance visual appeal
- Write compelling copy for video scripts
Qualifications
- Experience in shooting videos, with good lighting and sound
- Strong knowledge in repairing items such as appliances, plumbing, electricity, HVAC, computers, cell phones, clothes, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create easy-to-understand videos tailored for online audiences
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills; creative mindset with attention to detail
