Your expertise in photo and video editing, combined with a keen eye for aesthetics and technical precision, will help elevate our property listings and marketing materials. Requirements

• Edit and enhance bracketed residential property photos using advanced editing software to ensure vibrant, accurate, and appealing visuals.
• Perform photo manipulation and retouching to remove imperfections, adjust lighting, and optimize images for various platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with photographers and real estate agents to understand project requirements and deliver polished images aligned with brand standards.

Skills

• Strong skills in photo manipulation and graphic design principles.
• Understanding of photography fundamentals including lighting, composition, and color correction.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines.

Additional Information

This is a freelance position, with pay ranging from $22.26 to $26.81 per hour, and expected hours of 5 to 10 per week. The position offers a flexible schedule and the possibility of remote work. The company is in the early stages, with an inconsistent schedule expected initially, but as it grows, more work and consistency may become available. A “first time free trial” is required, with the potential for ongoing collaboration if results are favorable.
