Job Description

The role involves developing and maintaining Celonis integrations, including ETL pipelines and connectors using SQL, Python, and the Celonis EMS Platform. Responsibilities include building process intelligence solution views, analyses, and dashboards for actionable insights, designing data ingestion processes, troubleshooting data connections, collaborating with clients and teams, and participating in workshops and demos.

Requirements

• A MINIMUM of SIX (6) years of overall experience, with a MINIMUM of FOUR (4) years hands-on experience in Celonis or process mining tools.
• Strong understanding of process mining methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and business process management (BPM).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling.
• Expertise in ETL processes for data extraction and transformation.
• Strong working experience with Celonis features and capabilities.
• Ability to interpret complex data and deliver meaningful business insights.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Celonis Analyst or Data Engineer certification.
• Proven experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures and migration methods.
• Experience working with ERP and downstream systems outside of the SAP ecosystem.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and enterprise change initiatives.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $155,000.00 - $259,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a variety of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, licensure, and other business and organizational needs.
