2D Animator in the style of Yellowdude or Captainworkout for 8 minute youtube videos [Urgent]

Dr. Charcoal Dude is a fast-paced, dark-humor, psychology-driven quiz channel built around bingeable, emotional, and highly shareable animated content.
We are looking for a 2D animator to bring our character (DrCD) to life for 8 to 10 minute quizzes and short clips with a sarcastic, cinematic tone.

The work involves creating animated scenes, using pose variations for emotion, adding kinetic text and captions, rhythmic pacing, jump cuts, meme inserts, and retention-optimized storytelling edits.

*Please read - the animations are about 1-3 minutes. The quiz section is much more static. My range is 5-9 per minute depending on work. If you are charging hundreds or thousands for 3 minutes of content please do not respond here.

You may use any animation software as long as the results align with the requested visual style. Familiarity with social-media animated content, comedic timing, pose-driven emotion, and YouTube retention is required. There will be recurring weekly work and everything is remote and async. Understanding the aesthetics of creators like CaptainWorkout and YellowDude, or an interest in psychological, self-help, or relationship content, is a plus.
