Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and promote our YouTube channel.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and metadata for maximum reach.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to improve audience retention and engagement.
• Conduct competitor and trend research to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure videos align with marketing objectives.
• Run paid promotions on YouTube and other social platforms when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm changes and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in promoting and scaling YouTube channels.
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience behavior.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
