About The Role

As a Videographer, you will be responsible for creating video content across various marketing channels, from concept to final cut. Your tasks will include:

• Producing short-form and long-form videos for product launches, social media, events, and paid campaigns
• Storyboarding and scripting compelling narratives in collaboration with growth and product teams
• Capturing footage both in-studio and on-location with attention to lighting, composition, and audio quality
• Editing video and motion graphics that align with Emma’s brand identity
• Organizing shoots, sourcing talent, and managing equipment and production timelines
• Building a consistent visual tone across video content to strengthen Emma’s brand and storytelling

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in videography, content production, or motion design, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing video work that includes social content, product explainers, or brand storytelling
• Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar) and motion graphics tools
• A storyteller capable of transforming complex ideas into engaging, human-centered video content
• End-to-end content creation capability: shooting, lighting, editing, and delivering polished products
• Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
• Passionate about fintech, visual culture, and helping individuals take control of their money
• Collaborative, driven, and eager to shape the future of finance with us
