Job Description

We are seeking a local content creator in Nashville, TN to help grow our real estate and apartment locating brand. The role involves shooting and editing short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), taking photos, and assisting with social media posts across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Film 2–4 short videos per week (apartment tours + lifestyle clips)
• Edit into Reels/TikToks with captions, trending audio, and hooks
• Occasionally help plan or batch content days
• Upload final videos via shared drive or directly to platforms

Requirements

• Based in or near Nashville, TN (required)
• Experience shooting/editing short-form video content
• Skilled with phone + gimbal or camera setup
• Familiar with CapCut, Reels, or TikTok editing
• Reliable, creative, and quick turnaround time

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $800–$1,000/month, with a flexible schedule suitable for freelancers, students, or creators looking for consistent work around the city.
