Job Description

Paid weekend work filming lacrosse throughout the summer and fall. Most events are 1–3 hours from North Jersey; travel time is paid at minimum wage.

Requirements

Required gear (must have now):

• Pro mirrorless/DSLR that shoots 4K 120fps (FX3, FX6, A7S III, A1, A9 III, R5 C, R3, Z8, Z9 or similar)
• 70–200mm lens
• V90 SD card (or equivalent fast media)
• Monopod or tripod with a fluid head

Gear you’ll need soon:

• V-mount battery
• External monitor
• Editing laptop (DaVinci Resolve or Adobe)
• Reliable 100+ Mbps Wi-Fi at home

What you’ll do:

• Film games and tournaments following our shot list
• Trim simple highlights between games
• Upload same-day footage
• We train you on our workflow so you ramp quickly

Qualities of an ideal candidate:

• Shows up early and is respectful
• Communicates clearly and responds fast
• Takes feedback well and wants to get better

Pay

• $40–$60/hr depending on experience and performance
