Excel Automation (VBA + Power Query) to Generate Client Invoices from Toggl Exports

We are seeking an Excel automation specialist to create a fully automated invoice generator based on Toggl Track time-tracking exports (.xlsx). Currently, we export a Toggl Detailed Report and manually process the data to generate professional invoices. We want to automate this workflow in a single Excel file. The project involves building an Excel template that allows for quick data import, automated data cleaning and formatting, calculations for total hours and billable amounts per project, and a pre-formatted invoice sheet that automatically fills with the relevant details. The template should also feature a VBA-powered button to refresh calculations, create invoices, and export them as PDFs. Clear documentation or a short video demo on how to use the file is also required. Sample Toggl exports and the desired invoice layout will be provided. The ideal turnaround for this project is 3–5 days, with an estimated workload of around 5–7 hours.
