We are seeking a comic book artist with strong skills in illustration in sequential art/storytelling as well as lettering for a full-color project. Adult(female focused) / Horror-Thriller
The outline, script(s) and character descriptions are done. Before any hiring considerations, there will an interview in regard to collaboration and sharing of ideas and thoughts.
The focus will be on creating detailed environmental art, including desert landscapes, cityscapes, parking lots, as well as interiors such as casinos, bars, showrooms, police stations, vehicles, and apartments/houses. No AI is to be used; we require open and clear communication through video calls, email, voice calls, texting, and social media. The ideal candidate will be creative, flexible with edits and corrections, and experienced in lettering, pencils, and ink. You’ll be expected to offer suggestions on creativity and art style, and be comfortable working closely on the project’s artistic direction. This is for a company with potential for ongoing work after the initial project.
Budget range:
$1,500 – 3,000 USD
