Job Description

Streak Promoter is seeking a talented and inspired iOS Application Developer / Software Engineer to join our founding team. This role is suited for a developer who thrives in entrepreneurial settings, loves building meaningful products from the ground up, and is motivated by both innovation and impact. As an early contributor, you will help architect, build, refine, and optimize the Streak Promoter iOS application, ensuring seamless experiences for hosts, users, festival-goers, and brand ambassadors. Your work will directly shape the future of our platform and the evolution of our technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build core iOS application features using Swift, SwiftUI, and modern Apple frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with company founders to transform concepts into functional, elegant mobile experiences.
• Integrate payment systems such as Stripe and ensure a high-level security protocol throughout the app.
• Develop user interfaces that align with Streak Promoter’s gamified reward system and event engagement tools.
• Implement event management modules, host tools, ticket flow systems, real-time updates, and reward mechanisms.
• Optimize app performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continually refine application behavior.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and visionaries on a synced product pipeline.
• Participate in architectural decisions as a core voice of the engineering team.
• Maintain code clarity, style consistency, and project documentation.
• Bring creative ideas that enhance the product, the brand, and the experience of our community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and deploying iOS applications (personal, freelance, or professional).
• Strong proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Apple ecosystem frameworks.
• Understanding of backend integration (Firebase, Supabase, Node.js, or similar).
• Knowledge of database management, API design, and scalable app architecture.
• Experience with real-time updates, user authentication, or payment systems is a plus.
• Passion for design, user experience, and intuitive interface development.
• Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in creating technology that serves people.

Compensation & Equity

• This role includes a 2% equity compensation plan, tied to long-term contribution and alignment with Streak Promoter’s mission.
• Equity reflects your importance as a foundational member of our team and recognizes your role in shaping the platform’s success.
• Additional compensation pathways may be introduced as funding and revenue expand.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $111,111.00 - $222,222.00 per year
