Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and engaging Content Presenter to create on-site video content at our live projects. This content will be used across our social media channels to document progress, explain renovation processes, and highlight completed work.

The role involves visiting project sites across the West Midlands and spending a full day filming multiple pieces of content per visit.

If the collaboration is successful and pricing aligns, this role has the potential to develop into ongoing weekly work.

Key Responsibilities

Present and explain home improvement projects on camera in a clear, engaging manner

Record short-form and long-form video content at active construction sites

Walk viewers through project stages, before-and-after transformations, and key features

Work with our team on-site to capture accurate and relevant information

Represent the company professionally and confidently on camera

Ensure content aligns with our brand tone and values

Requirements

Comfortable and confident presenting on camera

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain construction or renovation work clearly

Reliable and punctual, with the ability to travel across the West Midlands

Comfortable working on active building sites (PPE will be provided if required)

Experience creating content for social media (construction, property, or lifestyle content is a plus)

Own basic filming equipment preferred but not essential (to be discussed)

Desirable (but not essential)

Background or interest in property, construction, or home renovations

Experience presenting TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube content

Basic understanding of filming for social media platforms
