Using voiceflow small practice

I am a naturopathic physician specializing in stubborn skin and Ayurvedic-informed diagnostics, seeking a freelancer to help build a Voiceflow-based AI intake assistant for my practice. The assistant should be able to ask structured intake questions, identify relevant patterns in skin, digestion, and hormones, then organize answers into summaries and recommend next steps such as digital program options, AI guidance, or in-person visits in Arizona. The system should integrate with my existing booking link or website and securely store or export intake data. Additionally, I need a simple digital product, ‘Skin Reset Mini Course’, to be delivered by the AI bot, which will contain 4–6 concise modules delivered through platforms such as Thinkific or Kajabi. The project should be structured so it’s easy to expand later to include more advanced features like detox preparation, a dosha-skin pattern library, and triage logic. Deliverables will include a working intake bot, the digital mini-course funnel, integration with my booking system, and a documentation video for future edits. I value calm, organized communication and prefer someone who can work independently and has some experience with health/wellness or coaching bots.
