Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week with potential to scale to 40 hours per week based on performance and business growth.
• Flexible anytime Monday - Friday.
• Client Timezone: Pacific Time (California).

Responsibilities include:

• Developing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and client acquisition.
• Creating and managing Facebook advertising campaigns to expand reach across social platforms.
• Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
• Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and providing regular reporting on ROI and KPIs.
• Creating ad content and copy for various digital advertising platforms.
• Performing light social media management and content creation as needed.
• Collaborating with the team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Scope of the role includes:

• Primary focus (80%) on Google Ads and PPC campaign management.
• Secondary focus (20%) on SEO optimization and strategy.
• Light social media management and content creation as additional tasks.
• Direct reporting to business owner with full autonomy over marketing strategy execution.
• Budget management and optimization for paid advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated results.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and social media advertising best practices.
• Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools.
• Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong written communication skills for ad copy and content creation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in B2B marketing or professional services preferred.
