Videographer and Video Editor [Searching]
Videographer is needed in Brașov, Romania.
We are seeking a videographer to work with our company, Future Tech SRL, on an ongoing, full-time contract basis. The main responsibilities will be to record a content creator for our YouTube channel and to edit her videos. This is a hybrid position based in Brasov, Romania, with the option for some on-site work and travel as needed. The ideal candidate should have experience with videography and video editing for YouTube.
We’re aiming for high-impact, challenge-based videos in the style of MrBeast — big concepts, high stakes, fast pacing, and highly shareable storylines. The themes will focus on global entertainment, meaning they rely on universal ideas rather than language or cultural references.
More specifically, our content will include:
Large-scale challenges and competitions with clear, simple rules that are easy for international viewers to understand.
Extreme experiments or endurance challenges that naturally create tension, surprise, and a satisfying payoff.
Last-to-leave / last-to-survive formats, but with unique twists that haven’t been done before.
High-energy, story-driven videos with a strong hook in the first 10 seconds and continuous momentum.
Social experiments with a positive message, generosity-based challenges, and unexpected rewards.
Adventure-based content filmed in unique Romanian or European locations, but framed for a global audience.
Fast-paced editing, cinematic shots, and clear visual storytelling, using minimal dialogue — so the videos remain accessible worldwide.
Overall, we’re building internationally appealing, high-retention YouTube entertainment: big concepts, simple rules, emotional payoff, and maximum rewatch and share potential.
