Job Description

This is a remote position for a Graphic Designer at Fusion Growth Partners, a business incubator and micro-venture capital company. The role offers variable compensation based on projects completed, averaging $500-$900 USD per month. The candidate will be responsible for creating compelling layouts and visual assets for both digital and print platforms, designing engaging marketing materials, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines, and managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate has a passion for innovation and a strong portfolio in static and motion graphics.

Requirements

Qualifications for the role include:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and InDesign.
• A portfolio showcasing a passion for illustrative design, typography, and creativity.
• Proficiency in both static and motion graphics.
• Fluent conversational English for effective communication with partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms.
• Clear and concise writing skills for crafting copy in design projects.
• Availability to collaborate during US business hours.

Required Equipment

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A desktop computer with a Core i5 Intel processor or above.
• The latest version of Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
• Two monitor screens for optimal workflow.
• High-speed internet for seamless communication and project execution.
