Prototype MKTG is a strategy-led creative agency that specializes in brand strategy, digital growth, and experiential marketing. We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist with deep experience in running digital ad campaigns that convert. The role involves translating strategic insights into performance-driven campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Ideal candidates will be analytical, creative thinkers with the ability to balance data and storytelling while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns.
• Create audience targeting, copy, and creative recommendations.
• Set up conversion tracking and report key performance metrics.
• Test and refine messaging, placement, and creative variations.
• Collaborate with strategists and creatives on campaign execution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns for agencies or brands.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization and funnel strategy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Pay: $5,727.15 - $159,886.46 per year
