Job Description
We are seeking a creative and organized individual to join our team as a Podcast Filmer. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage of our podcast episodes, ensuring engaging visual content that aligns with our brand. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of compelling multimedia content in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in videography or filming, preferably in a podcast or live streaming environment
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio equipment setup
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple filming projects simultaneously
- Creative Skills: Creative eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail in framing and composition
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with hosts and team members
- Nice-to-Have: Experience with live streaming platforms and social media content creation
Responsibilities
- Set up filming equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, prior to recording sessions
- Film live podcast episodes with attention to framing, lighting, and audio quality
- Monitor and adjust camera angles during recordings to ensure optimal visuals
- Collaborate with hosts and production team to coordinate filming schedules and content flow
- Edit raw footage post-recording to create polished video segments for distribution across various platforms
- Maintain and organize all video files and equipment for easy access and storage
- Ensure all filming activities adhere to safety standards and company policies

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
