Job Description

Laxis is an AI startup backed by top VCs, with a vision to build an AI assistant for revenue teams to increase productivity and accelerate growth. We are looking for a product designer to design our web application, iOS App and marketing materials. A willingness to learn new skills and wear multiple hats are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Turn product strategy into detailed user workflow and design our web and mobile application using Figma.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and high-quality delivery.
• Gauge the usability of new and existing products and make constructive suggestions for change.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design marketing materials, including social media photos, blog photos, one-pagers, banners, etc.
• Maintain and update our website using Webflow.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to drive growth and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of UX/UI design experience.
• SaaS and Product Led Growth experience is preferred.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats.
• Self-driven, highly responsible, and adaptable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
