The Role: E-Commerce Marketing Assistant involves managing the customer journey, ensuring orders progress smoothly through Shopify, updating email flows, troubleshooting automations, and more. You will help elevate performance and maintain seamless operations.

Requirements

Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role:

• You have experience in Shopify order management, product edits, and system integrations.
• You’re comfortable maintaining Klaviyo email/SMS flows—design tweaks, copy swaps, segments, and performance monitoring.
• You’ve built or managed automations in Zapier and enjoy optimizing workflows.
• You have a background in DTC or e-commerce with a mix of technical and marketing skills.
• You’re extremely organized and able to manage multiple tasks across systems.
• You’re a clear communicator who knows how to follow established processes while spotting improvements.
• You stay calm under pressure and take initiative when something breaks or needs attention.
• You enjoy collaborating with a remote team and supporting both customers and internal partners.
• You are willing to work on a US time zone schedule.
• You can secure the required technical setup, including:
• At least a 720p HD webcam
• A noise-canceling headset
• A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
• A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source
• A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM
• A backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM
