Contract: Freelance

Job Description

Westchester United FC is seeking a creative and reliable Content Creator to lead media coverage for our upcoming International Soccer Experience in Italy. This role includes producing pre-departure hype content, in-trip media, and storytelling that highlights our players, coaches, and overall experience.

Responsibilities

Pre-Trip (December–February)

  • Attend 1–2 practices per month to capture content
  • Create POV-style reels, player announcements, profile features, and hype videos
  • Prepare graphics, countdown posts, and promotional content for social media
  • Work collaboratively with our staff to build a consistent brand and release schedule

In Italy (March 7–15, 2025)

  • Capture and produce daily recap reels (travel, training, sightseeing, games)
  • Design and post game-day graphics, lineups, and match result templates
  • Conduct post-game interviews and manage on-site media
  • Deliver high-quality photo/video assets throughout the week
  • Create final trip recap video for club use
  • Optional: Offer individual highlight videos for families (you keep earnings)

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok-style content, and sports videography
  • Ability to shoot and edit quickly (same-day turnaround during trip)
  • Familiarity working with athletes, coaches, and high-pressure environments
  • Professional, organized, and able to travel internationally
  • Positive presence around youth players and families
