Job Description

Career Renew is recruiting for a UX & Graphic Designer - Crypto for its client, a fully remote role with candidates welcome globally. The salary range is 150-180K USD yearly plus benefits. This high-performance blockchain operating system transforms the development landscape for Ethereum by enhancing scalability and offering a user-friendly environment for developers. The role involves transforming complex crypto products into professional, intuitive, and visually compelling experiences across product development, marketing, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on user interfaces for decentralized trading and DeFi platforms, prioritizing intuition and visual clarity.
• Produce high-quality visual content, graphics, and digital assets for targeted marketing campaigns aimed at crypto and financial audiences.
• Partner closely with development, product management, and marketing teams to define and govern the visual and interactive identity.
• Conduct focused user research with experienced traders to optimize UX flows and simplify complex platform interactions.
• Develop high-fidelity design prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, emphasizing performance and usability.
• Establish and maintain a consistent design language across all platforms, including web and mobile.
• Generate innovative and culturally relevant visual concepts to enhance brand recognition within the crypto ecosystem.

Requirements

• Financial Acumen: Direct experience or deep understanding of crypto, capital markets, or active trading with the ability to discern effective trading interface design.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking: Strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and impactful visual concepts.
• Professional Portfolio: Proven success in design and content creation targeted at crypto or financial technology audiences.
• UX Expertise: Advanced proficiency in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma) and mastery of responsive design principles.
• Graphic Design Proficiency: Ability to execute brand strategy through visual campaigns, web design, and motion graphics.
• Conceptual Depth: Commitment to designing from first principles and challenging conventions for optimal solutions.

Desirable Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Experience designing professional-grade dashboards, trading UIs, or analytics software.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, Web3 paradigms, and related design standards.
