Architect / Design Engineer for U.S. Construction Projects
Zhakfar Construction, Operation & Maintenance, Logistics and Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Architect or Design Engineer to support our U.S.-based construction projects. This role involves preparing architectural and technical drawings, producing construction documents, and ensuring that all work aligns with U.S. building codes and standards. You will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and technical details using Revit and AutoCAD, developing BIM models, coordinating with project requirements, and preparing documents according to IBC, ASCE, and ACI codes. The position requires excellent English communication skills, experience with residential or commercial design, and a strong understanding of U.S. construction standards. Collaboration is remote, and you should be able to work independently while meeting deadlines and responding to feedback. The company is expanding its design team and is looking for long-term collaborators to contribute to various U.S. construction projects.
