Website Rebuild for REMA – Real Estate Mergers & Acquisitions Co.
REMA is seeking a web development partner to completely rebuild the company’s website, representing sellers of real estate brokerages, mortgage companies, title/escrow firms, and proptech companies. The site must clearly convey REMA’s confidential and relationship-driven approach to owners considering an exit, highlighting both authority and clarity. The rebuild should focus on modern, streamlined design, clean typography, and an intuitive structure to support content expansion and answer-engine optimization (AEO). The project includes strategy, planning, wireframes, design system, development on a platform that allows REMA’s marketing team to easily update content, SEO/AEO implementation, CRM and form integrations, content migration, thorough testing, launch, and 30 days of post-launch support. The ideal freelancer will have experience building professional services websites and be able to deliver practical, modular solutions that enable non-technical internal teams to manage the site independently.
