Job title: AI Engineer Lead

Role Description:

• Build the core intelligence behind the company’s root cause analysis engine and observability stack, tackling work far beyond typical full-stack or infra.
• Some of the common tasks include:
• Setting up telemetry pipelines, improving tooling and SDKs, and building systems that reconstruct timelines across logs, traces, and deploys.
• Building automatic instrumentation that tracks code behavior, preserves async context, and improves visibility into backend operations.
• Creating code-origin mapping that links logs and events back to exact source code.
• Designing secure sandboxes that allow agents to run checks, inspect systems, and validate ideas safely.
• Building multi-agent reasoning systems that use real telemetry to produce correct RCAs.

Requirements

• 5 years minimum of software engineering experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using AI to solve complex, unstructured problems (bonus if applied to developer tooling).
• Excellent communication skills, the kind that allow you to translate very complex ideas into simple, clear language for the rest of the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field. (Master’s Degree a Bonus)
