You are a detail-oriented designer local to the Marlow area who enjoys collaborative studio work, is confident taking projects from wireframes through to polished UI, and can design intuitive, user-centred experiences while bringing concepts to life through interactive prototypes and lightweight animations. We are an integrated marketing agency looking for a talented Freelance Web Designer to support our creative and digital team on an ongoing part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll work across a range of shopping centre and retail destination websites, which includes:

  • Ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visual output across projects.

Requirements

We’re looking for a freelancer with:

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including component systems, prototyping, and design organisation.

  • Ability to work within existing design systems while adding creative input.
  • Solid understanding of UX fundamentals and responsive design.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a part-time schedule and fast-paced agency environment.
  • Ability to work from our Marlow-based office three days a week (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday).

A working knowledge of HTML & CSS and an understanding of accessibility best practices is also desirable.

Next Steps

If this sounds like the role for you, please send your CV and portfolio to our Talent Manager, Lynne. Successful applicants will be invited to have an introductory chat on Teams with one of the Studio team. Please note, we’re aiming to appoint the right freelancer to start as soon as possible; therefore, applications will be considered as they are received. We typically respond to all applicants within two weeks of applying, though this may be slower over December.
