Umpire Feedback and Assessment Form

We are looking for an expert in Google Forms to upgrade and extend our current umpire assessment system for the Singapore Hockey Federation. Currently, the system relies on manual processes with Google Sheets and Google Drive, including the manual emailing of PDF assessments and data resets. The freelancer will enhance the automation by implementing new features such as automated emailing to recipients listed in lookup tables, monthly folder organization in Google Drive, improved search and display functionality for assessments, and possibility for multi-user access and change logs. Some improvements are optional but desirable, such as the print button and easier ability to make changes to records. You will be working closely with our General Manager, and all work must ensure data integrity within our Google Workspace setup.
