Animator is needed in South Africa.

I have a short story that I’d like to turn into an animated video suitable for TikTok or YouTube. I’m looking for a freelancer who can provide animation and possibly help with developing the story visually. This is a personal project, so I’m seeking someone who can manage the animation from start to finish within a week, ideally based in South Africa.
