Job Description
This is a remote position.
Willing to communicate with leads and prospects is a big advantage. Experience on SEO, Google and Facebook Ads is compulsory. Knowing design tools such as Photoshop and After Effects is an advantage.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Develop digital strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign development.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling digital content, including ad copy, images, and videos.
- Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
- Prior experience in a marketing agency will be an added advantage.
Stipend Structure
First 6 Months: Rs. 20,000 per month (in hand) + Variable pay.
After 6 Months (Conversion): Rs. 25,000 per month (in hand) + Variable pay.
