About Glow Co: Glow Co is an Orange County–based lifestyle brand bringing personality and confidence to Pilates grip socks. We blend clean-girl aesthetics with cheeky energy — because your socks should slay too. We’re looking for a freelance content creator who’s creative, organized, and self-driven — someone who can plan, create, and post content without needing daily oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a weekly content calendar for TikTok & Instagram.
• Film and edit short-form videos (product, lifestyle, or trend-based).
• Capture and edit product photos and flat lays.
• Write captions and schedule posts using tools like Later or Meta Business Suite.
• Design simple Canva graphics (stories, quotes, product launches).
• Review engagement metrics and adapt content strategy accordingly.
• Pitch new creative concepts for upcoming drops and campaigns.

Requirements

• Understand TikTok and Instagram trends and algorithms.
• Skilled in basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
• Reliable, proactive, and able to meet weekly deliverables.
• Strong eye for visual aesthetics and brand tone.
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle content.
• Experience with Canva or social scheduling platforms (Bonus).
• Comfortable filming UGC-style content (Bonus).
• Familiar with Shopify (Bonus).
