Job Description

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a talented and creative Freelance Animation Artist to work remotely on a flexible, project-based schedule. This role is ideal for visual storytellers passionate about creating engaging animations for digital platforms, advertisements, educational content, and social media. As part of our creative team, you will utilize 2D and/or 3D animation techniques to contribute to a variety of media campaigns and visual content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations for various digital content, advertisements, explainer videos, or social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with project managers, scriptwriters, and graphic designers to understand the project vision and execute it effectively.
• Interpret storyboards and design briefs to develop animation sequences that align with brand style guides.
• Edit and refine animations based on feedback to ensure the final output meets creative standards.
• Deliver animations in appropriate formats and resolutions as required by different platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in animation and digital design.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in animation, motion graphics, and design.
• Proficient in industry-standard animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Toon Boom, or similar.
• Knowledge of character rigging, timing, and storytelling through motion.
• Strong visual and conceptual skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a freelance environment.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in animation or motion design (freelance, agency, or studio-based).
• Freshers with exceptional portfolios are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
