Job Description

As an Art Director at TogetherWith, you’ll concept integrated campaigns, bring storytelling to life across mediums, and ensure every creative output feels purposeful, strategic, and beautiful. You’ll work closely with copywriters, strategists, account teams, and motion designers to create brand-forward work that stands out in the wild, whether it’s digital, social, OOH, or print.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team environment (ideal)
• A portfolio that showcases a strong command of branding, campaigns, and digital-first design
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch; motion design or video editing is a bonus
• Experience guiding junior designers or freelance contributors is a plus
• Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment with new tech and workflows

What You’ll Do

Creative Leadership & Concepting

• Lead visual storytelling across 360 campaigns with a sharp eye for how design elevates strategy
• Partner with copywriters to co-develop ideas, mood boards, storyboards, and pitch decks
• Present work confidently in client meetings and internal reviews

Execution & Design Craft

• Translate concepts into polished designs across digital, print, social, and video
• Oversee asset development from typography to image treatments to layout finesse
• Build and maintain design systems, brand libraries, and templates

Trend Spotting & Innovation

• Stay curious and actively research design, cultural, and tech trends to keep our creative work fresh and relevant
• Push boundaries with new tools, platforms, and formats that elevate brand engagement

AI & Prompt Engineering

• Collaborate with generative AI to support and accelerate visual ideation
• Craft thoughtful prompts, remix AI output with your own creative sensibility, and help redefine the future of concepting

Attention to Detail & Delivery

• Own file integrity, version control, and production readiness across all deliverables
• Ensure final work is consistent, on-brand, and pixel-perfect before release
