AI Engineer / Conversational AI Engineer [Urgent]

AI Engineer is needed in Milano, Italy.

We are a tech-driven company based in Milan focused on building advanced AI products, primarily next-generation conversational chatbots. We are accelerating product development and expanding our AI team with engineers who have experience in building and scaling AI-powered chatbots. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of conversational systems, working closely with our product and engineering teams. The role involves designing and developing chatbots, optimizing NLP pipelines, integrating with large language models, fine-tuning AI models, and collaborating on production deployment. Strong skills in Python, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, and ML frameworks are required, as well as production-level experience.
