Job Description

Now Hiring: Social Media Content Producer (Part-Time, Minneapolis or St Paul based, must be in United States). Join The Pao Creative, a women-owned media company, as we create viral content for brands like Homesick Candles, Bevvie, and Mighty. We’re looking for part-time freelance creators who can film and edit short-form videos with a creative, trend-forward touch. This role is remote, flexible, and ideal for creators with strong on-camera presence and killer editing instincts.

Requirements

You’re a Fit If You…

• Have an iPhone 14+ and a clean, well-lit filming space
• Are comfortable on camera
• Can commit to at least 5+ hours/month
• Are highly organized and reliable with deadlines
• Know how to make content that feels native to IG + TikTok

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Film content at home and on site (Bevvie opening shop early 2026!)
• Draft creative, high-quality short-form videos & photo-carousels
• Add transitions, effects, and trend-inspired edits—not just basic cuts
• Upload footage + drafts on time and communicate clearly with the team

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $25-$40/hr depending on experience
