SoulSynk – Calm, Human-Centered App (Async, Ethical, Minimal)

SoulSynk is a calm, human-centered app designed as a relational support space. This is not a typical AI, coaching, therapy, or productivity app. The focus is on slow, respectful conversation and a minimal, calm interface design, without default advice, optimization, or pushing users forward. Collaboration will be written and asynchronous, prioritizing presence over action, restraint over feature development, and emotional safety over engagement. We are seeking a senior developer who is comfortable working asynchronously, building minimal but intentional functionality, and respecting boundaries and a user-led pace. It is important to feel comfortable saying ‘we should not build this yet’ when appropriate. This project values the right mindset and collaboration style above a specific tech stack. We will start small to explore the fit before expanding the scope.
